New version 11.2.0 of Rexpondo: discover all the new features!

Rexpondo is constantly evolving, committed to adapting to market dynamics and meeting the needs of its customers, with the goal of optimizing the user experience on the platform both functionally and visually. Below, we present the main updates recently introduced in the new version 11.2.0.

New Admin Section

A new section dedicated to managing translations (interface texts) has been introduced in Rexpondo. Thanks to this feature, customers can independently add, modify, and delete translations within the application.

Dynamic Field Script

Rexpondo has integrated a new type of dynamic field, which is safer and easier to use. This field utilizes Template Toolkit, a templating language that allows, for example, mathematical operations to simplify the generation of reports and statistics.

OAuth2 Authentication Support

Starting from March 14, 2025, Google will stop supporting authentication via username and password in the SMTP protocol (email sending protocol). The same will happen with Microsoft starting from September 2025. To adapt to these changes, Rexpondo has implemented support for OAuth2 authentication for SMTP. The previous authentication method has been replaced with OAuth2, which Rexpondo has integrated both in the core of the platform and in the REXOAuth plugin.

Management of “Invalid Items”

A new checkbox is available to hide invalid items on the following admin pages:

  • Customer User;
  • Agents;
  • Codes;
  • Dynamic Field.

This allows customers to manage and customize the pages according to their needs.

Import/Export of Generic Agents

Until the previous version, when migrating customers with configured generic agents, it was necessary to manually copy each generic agent, a time-consuming process. With the new import/export functionality, this process can now be completed in just a few moments.

New Customer Quick Close Button

A new quick close button has been introduced, available in the customer interface. This feature allows customers to close tickets on their own, without the need for external intervention.
